You may use Sonorix to record audio you have permission to record, upload audio you own or are licensed to use, and process audio with our AI features. You're responsible for complying with the recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction.
Sonorix produces AI estimates — including deal risk, next best action, win probability, and coaching suggestions. These are informational guides, not guarantees. We do not promise any sales outcome.
You are responsible for obtaining consent from anyone whose voice is recorded or uploaded, where required by applicable law. Sonorix does not auto-record phone calls and does not listen in the background.
Credit packs are consumed by processing actions. Subscriptions renew on the cycle shown at checkout. Refund requests are handled case-by-case via support; please write in within 7 days of purchase.
Your wallet balance is maintained on our backend and is the source of truth. The Android app reads from there. If a credit purchase doesn't appear, tap Refresh Wallet in the app first.
Do not use Sonorix for harassment, surveillance, or unauthorized recording of individuals. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged in-app or on this page.
