Delete your Sonorix account

This page lets you permanently delete your Sonorix account and all associated data. You do not need to install the Sonorix app to use this form.

This action cannot be undone after the 30-day grace period. Your account will be deactivated immediately. Data is permanently erased 30 days after the request. To cancel before then, email support@sonorixapp.com.

What gets deleted

Account profile (email, name, phone if provided)
All call recordings, uploaded audio, and transcripts
All insights, summaries, and analysis outputs
Transaction history and remaining credit balance
Device identifiers and session data

What is retained

Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (no personal identifiers)
Payment records we are legally required to retain for tax audit (GST compliance, 7 years) — these records have your name and email redacted after the grace period.

Confirm deletion

Enter the email and password of the Sonorix account you want to delete.
