Sonorix has two focused workflows: a free audio-to-text converter and real estate lead intelligence that extracts buyer requirements, intent, objections and next actions.

No. Sonorix processes only text or audio that you explicitly choose. It does not silently record calls and does not require call-log or contact access.

Common audio and video formats are supported, including MP3, M4A, WAV, AAC, OGG, OPUS, FLAC, MP4, MOV and WEBM.

Yes. Language is detected automatically and clear Hindi, Hinglish and English recordings can be transcribed. Names, numbers and amounts should always be reviewed.

The public audio tool includes a limited number of daily free uses and processes the first 10 minutes of each file. An account and credits are used for more volume or full-length processing.

Razorpay confirms the payment server-side. Sonorix then grants the entitlement through an idempotent backend flow and the wallet refreshes from the server.

Keep the Razorpay payment or order reference. Sonorix can reconcile pending payments and apply an eligible entitlement without double-crediting the wallet.

Yes. Use the account deletion flow or the delete-account page. The request removes account-linked data according to the privacy and retention policy.
