Yes. Sonorix offers a ₹299 monthly pass with 450 monthly credits and Pro access for 30 days, alongside one-time credit packs. Access is granted only after Razorpay/backend verification.

Unused credits are refundable in full within 7 days of purchase. Once credits are consumed (the call has been transcribed and analyzed), they cannot be refunded since the AI compute has already been spent. See Refund Policy.

Audio files and derived transcripts/insights are stored on Sonorix servers (India region) tied to your account. You can delete any call and all its derived data from inside the app at any time.

No. Your call content is never sent to third-party model training. AI inference is performed for your account's results only. We use major LLM providers (Groq, Gemini, Cerebras, OpenRouter) under their commercial APIs that explicitly exclude inference data from training.

Sonorix never sees your card or UPI details. The checkout window is hosted by Razorpay and tokenised. On our side, every payment is verified via HMAC signature, and webhook events are signed and replay-protected. Credits are added in an idempotent database transaction so a payment cannot be double-credited.

Yes — from inside the app under Profile → Account → Delete Account, or from the web at /delete-account. All your audio, transcripts and personal data are permanently removed.

No. Sonorix is for analyzing conversations you already have permission to record (or that you've recorded yourself). The app works on uploaded audio and recordings you choose to share with it.

Sonorix checks for updates on launch and notifies you in-app. You can also visit /download any time to grab the latest APK. Updates are signed with the same key, so installation is seamless.
